Project Lead

Benjamin provides effective production leadership. With over 20 years of large commercial project experience in the U.S. and Ireland, Benjamin’s understanding of complex building structures provides valuable insight, helping address potential issues and troubleshoot challenges on projects of any size.

His design, documentation, and management skills support strong project leadership. Benjamin values clear communication and seamless coordination, and approaches teamwork with a do what it takes to get the job done right attitude. 

As a true collaborator and mentor, he works with contractors and team members to educate them on new systems and building strategies. Over the last five years, he has taken a personal interest in the positive impact of mass timber systems on the built environment. 

When he isn’t exploring ways to improve the building process, Benjamin enjoys time with his family and movies, TV shows, audiobooks, podcasts, and board games.
